Our web site
All users can view content on our web site without providing any personal information (such as name, address, phone number, etc.). Our information request form

Please further note that not all of the companies that appear on our site actually advertise with us but their contracted service providers and franchise consultants do. If we gather information to send to these non-advertisers we do not guarantee that your information will actually be received by said company but we will make an attempt to get the company your information. If you want your information taken out of our database please contact us and we will do so immediately.

Our newsletter program
We offer opportunities throughout our web site to register for our e-mail newsletter. Also by registering you will receive our email newsletter. We only add you to our newsletter mailing list if you register. Moreover, we do not share your name or e-mail address with other companies. brandEXPANSION Hot Press periodically sends newsletters, franchise and business opportunity updates and new sponsor information via email to users that requested concept information or subscribed and given their permission to receive our newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletter please follow instructions to do so which are located at the bottom of each newsletter. Information request
When you use one of our franchise information forms; request information, request a brochure, etc we ask for information about you, including your name, email address, and phone number, as well as financial and demographic information. This information is then forwarded with your request to the respective Franchisor, Service Provider, or Franchise Consultant. brandEXPANSION Hot Press will only share personally identifiable information with third parties as is necessary for those third parties to provide information or perform services you requested.

Brand Expansion, LTD. does not Sell, Rent or Share your information without your consent. Your information goes only to the Franchisors, Service Providers, Franchise Consultants and companies that you requested additional information and can provide that information.
